Terms
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of ForgeMail at forgemail.app and app.forgemail.app (the “Service”), operated by ForgeMail. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This page is a product-accurate summary, not a substitute for legal advice.
ForgeMail is a workspace for company email operations on domains you verify: transactional and campaign sending, inbound receive, AI-assisted triage and drafting, and human-approved replies. It is not a personal life inbox, not a replacement for Gmail, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 for private or team mail, and not an unsupervised AI agent that silently replies to customers by default.
The Service is currently offered to businesses located in the United States. By creating or using an account, you represent that your business is located in the United States and that you have authority to claim domains and process the email and contact data you put into the Service. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts outside that scope, or when we cannot support the applicable compliance obligations. Sign-in is not geo-blocked by IP; eligibility is a terms requirement, not a technical guarantee of access from every location.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Triage categories, summaries, and draft replies are assistive. They may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for decisions and for any message a human sends from your workspace. The Service’s default product promise is human-gated sending, not autonomous customer replies.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, deliverability harm, security risk, or violation of these terms. During beta, accounts are subject to published fair-use limits (domains, daily and monthly sends, and related workspace caps). Volume and sending may also be subject to platform and provider limits (including Amazon SES).
ForgeMail retains rights in the Service software, branding, and interface. You retain rights in content you submit (templates, messages, knowledge you connect). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any specific use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeMail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or deliverability damage arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
